Are you ordering for Father’s Day? If so, we’ll get your DadBox(es) to you before or on Father’s Day. If you’re ordering at any other time of the year, expect it within 7 business days. Yup, we get it to you that fast.

If you’re in the U.S., you get FREE SHIPPING with any order above $35.00. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of only $4.95 for any order $35.00 or under.

Everywhere else in the world: It varies, but our shipping rates are nominal. Look for the specifics to be calculated during checkout.

If an item gets broken during shipping, call us at +1 718 757 6531. We’ll set up a Return Material Authorization and get it taken care of.

Otherwise, call us to discuss, as we accept returns on a case-by-case basis.

When you receive your DadBox, you should open both ends of the cardboard box, and remove your purchase. There’s another box inside the shipping container that contains your DadBox
